— my background —
in college majoring in photography, i got a part time job in my college’s marketing and public relations office. i fell in love with marketing along side photos. my next job outside of pursuing my full time photo career was a marketing internship at an event venue and concert promotion company in downtown des moines.
fast forward — after years of successfully running my photo business full time, in comes the 2020 pandemic. the wedding industry took a hit, so i decided to expand my business and work regularly with brands for their social content, while still photographing weddings and portraits. today, i still do both! i work with multiple brands every month managing their social media entirely, making content, and individual photo sessions.
