my background —
in college while majoring in photography, i got a job working in the college’s marketing and public relations office. i fell in love with marketing along side photography. which lead to my next job outside of pursuing my photo career - being a marketing internship at an event venue and concert promotion company in downtown des moines.
my photo business took off and i successfully ran it for years full time. during the 2020 pandemic, the wedding industry took a hit and i decided to expand my business and start working more regularly with brands, while still doing weddings and portraits. fast forward to today, i now work with multiple brands on a subscription basis creating content, more brands for individual shoots, and multiple who’s socials i manage entirely.
